Registration & Abstract Submisson
CAUTION TO PARTICIPANTS
Be aware of fraudulent agencies that claim to support your travel and and hotel accommodation in Sendai by contacting you directly via email. These fraudulent agencies will look similar to the official organizer but are not. Organizers will directly contact the invited speakers to introduce the person in charge of travel support.
Abstract Submission
A camera-ready one-page abstract in PDF or MS Word format must be submitted via the submission form by Dec. 25th. Please use the MS Word template for both invited and contributed presentations.
Invited presenters: By submitting your abstract, you will automatically be registered to the symposium.
Contributed presenters: After the abstract has been accepted for presentation, you will automatically be registered to the symposium.
Non-Author Registration
Please register via the application form above.
Registration for onsite participation is due Jan. 15th.
Registration for online participation is open until the end of the symposium.

Poster Awards
The Best Poster Awards and Best Student Poster Awards will recognize outstanding poster presentations by students and early-career researchers. To qualify, candidates must be the first author and the presenter of the paper. Awards will be granted based on the poster's quality, originality, and clarity, as well as the presentation's effectiveness.
Visa Information
Participants who require a visa to enter Japan are responsible for checking the visa requirements and completing the necessary procedures in advance.
If you need an acceptance notification for your visa application, please submit your abstract as early as possible. Upon request, the acceptance decision can be made within 10 days after abstract submission.
For participants whose abstracts have been accepted, supporting documents required for the visa application can be provided upon request after registration. Please contact the symposium organizers if you need such documents.
Please note that the symposium organizers cannot guarantee the issuance of a visa. We recommend allowing sufficient time for the visa application process.
