Be aware of fraudulent agencies that claim to support your travel and and hotel accommodation in Sendai by contacting you directly via email. These fraudulent agencies will look similar to the official organizer but are not. Organizers will directly contact the invited speakers to introduce the person in charge of travel support.

Abstract Submission / Non-Author Registration Form

Abstract Submission

A camera-ready one-page abstract in PDF format must be submitted via the submission form by Dec. 27th. Please use the MS Word template for both invited and contributed presentations.

Invited presenters: By submitting your abstract, you will automatically be registered to the symposium.

Contributed presenters: After the abstract has been accepted for presentation, you will automatically be registered to the symposium.

Non-Author Registration

Please register via the application form above. Registration for onsite participation is due Jan. 17th.
Registration for online participation is open until the end of the symposium.

Poster Awards

The Best Poster Awards and Best Student Poster Awards will recognize outstanding poster presentations by students and early-career researchers. To qualify, candidates must be the first author and the presenter of the paper. Awards will be granted based on the poster's quality, originality, and clarity, as well as the presentation's effectiveness.
