Author Instructions
Oral presentation
- The duration of presentations is 20 min for regular papers, and 20, 30, or 40 min for invited papers, including the Q&A.
- A bell will ring to indicate that there are 5 minutes remaining until the end of the presentation (including the Q&A session). The bell will ring twice to signal the end of the presentation time.
- Please consult the time table for allocated time of your presentation.
Poster presentation
- The size of the poster panel is 84.1 cm in width by 118.9 cm in height.
- Posters will be mounted on the panel using push pins, which will be supplied at the panel.
- Panels will be available for use from the start of the symposium.
- For the poster evaluation, please keep your poster displayed for as long as possible.
- If you wish to give a demonstration, please consult the organizing committee (bfbc[at]grp.tohoku.ac.jp).
