Author Instructions

Oral presentation

• The duration of presentations is 20 min for regular papers, and 20, 30, or 45 min for invited papers, including the Q&A.
• A bell will ring to indicate that there are 5 minutes remaining until the end of the presentation (including the Q&A session). The bell will ring twice to signal the end of the presentation time.
• Please consult the time table for allocated time of your presentation.

Poster presentation

• The size of the poster panel is 84.1 cm in width by 118.9 cm in height.
• Posters will be mounted on the panel using push pins, which will be supplied at the panel.
• Please display your poster by 10:00 AM on the day of the poster session (Day 3).
• Panels will be available for use from the start of the symposium.
