Virtual Symposium
The symposium will be held as a virtual symposium to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
Detailed procedures to access the symposium are as follows.
A shared password required to access the on-demand videos, Zoom URL, abstracts, and discussion forum have been notified to registered users via email.
Recording, including photographing, screen capture, or other copying methods, is strongly prohibited for all of the conference contents.
---General Session (Invited Talks)---
・Presentation: On-demand videos (20 min) and abstracts are posted on the JNNS2020 conference website. The contents are available from November 25 to December 12.
・Discussion: Please use the discussion forum. Presenters are asked to answer the posted comments on December 5. The forum is open from November 25 to December 12.
---Special Session---
・Presentation and discussion (Live Zoom session): Zoom URL will be posted here on December 2. Abstracts are also available on the same website.
・The Zoom meeting room will open at 12:30 (December 5) for test-connections.
・The session will be recorded, and the video will be posted on the conference website until December 12.
---Poster session---
・Posters: On-demand videos (5 min) and abstracts are posted here. The contents are available from November 25 to December 12.
・Interactive discussion (Live Zoom session in breakout rooms): Zoom URL will be posted here on December 2.
・Please update your Zoom app in advance to use the breakout room functions.

参加方法は次の通りです．
まず，本シンポジウムの各セッションは JNNS2020大会サイト上に掲載されていて，
オンデマンド動画及びアブストラクトは同サイト上から閲覧できます．
公開期間は11/25～12/12までとなっています．(公開は終了しました)．
コンテンツの録画，録音，及び画面撮影は固く禁止いたします．
各セッション内のコンテンツはパスワードにより保護されています．
パスワードは参加者の方にメールにて送付しております．
このパスワードは「オンデマンド動画視聴・アブストラクトのダウンロード・Zoom URLへのアクセス・ディスカッションフォーラムへのログイン」の共通パスワードになります．
---General Session--- (9:00 - 12:00)
・発表はオンデマンド動画，質疑応答はチャットで行います．
・こちらから動画を視聴してください．
・10時からQ ＆ Aセッションとなります．ディスカッションフォーラムにアクセスし，質疑応答を行って下さい．
---Special Session--- (13:00 - 14:45)
・発表はZoomでのライブ配信となります．ZoomのURLは12/2にこちらに掲載されます．
・Zoomの接続テストは5日の12:30より行います．
・本セッションは録画され，JNNS2020大会サイト上にパスワード付きで掲載する予定です．公開期間は大会終了後1週間(～12/12)です．(公開は終了しました)．
---Poster Session--- (15:00 - 17:00)
・発表はオンデマンド動画，ディスカッションはZoomで行います．
ZoomのURLは12/2にこちらに掲載されます．
・ディスカッションの際は適宜，画面共有機能等を用いてご説明下さい．この際，事前に提出頂いた音声付きスライド以外の資料を用いてご説明頂いても構いません．
・ブレイクアウトルームが用意されていますので，ご自身の発表番号をご確認頂き，対応する部屋に入室して下さい．ブレイクアウトルームの機能を有効にする為に，Zoomのバージョンを最新にアップデートして下さい．
・発表者の方はディスカッション時に，可能な限りカメラをオンにして頂けますようお願い致します．
